A fee of two hundred rupees for the test has to be deposited with any Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL branch using the Bank Challan form, which is available for download on the OTS website.
You need to attach attested copies of educational documents, a domicile certificate, a CNIC, retirement orders, an experience certificate, two passport-sized photos, and an original fee. Challan with your application and send it through a courier or at Pakistan Post to the Manager Operations (WAPDA), Open Testing Service, Office No. 1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
