Eligibility Criteria for UET Jobs 2024:
The ideal individuals for consideration in the area of Professorship (Chair on Gas Engineering) must possess either a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a B.Sc. plus M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with a Ph.D. in Gas Engineering. This should be complemented with membership in the Pakistan Engineering Council along with at least 10 years of experience after acquiring a Ph.D. in teaching or the research field in recognized universities or related professional fields. Research publications should be a minimum of 15, of which 5 should be within the last 5 years in international journals.
For Research Associate, candidates having a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with at least 1 year experience in Research & Development in Gas Engineering would be considered.
There are several Teaching Fellow positions in subjects such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, etc. These positions require relevant degrees, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s, while preference is given to particular specializations such as Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
