Candidates must possess a Ph.D. relevant to the field, have completed 22 years of work experience in R&D organizations, and have been engaged in teaching or research activities for at least 15 years after completing their Ph.D. The degree should have a CGPA of 3.00 or more or should be First Division.
The age limit is 62 years and civil servants need to resign or opt for early retirement for applying. Only Pakistani nationals are eligible.
