The National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA) is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a Baseline Survey Study on the population, mapping, and efficiency of industrial boilers across Pakistan. This study aims to establish a comprehensive database and assess energy efficiency to enhance industrial performance. Interested firms must meet the eligibility criteria and submit proposals by 7th April 2025 via EPADS.
The project team should consist of a Team Leader with extensive experience in energy and industrial studies. A Boiler Expert will assess boiler efficiency, while a Survey Specialist will manage data collection and validation. A Data Analyst will handle statistical analysis and visualization of the findings.
