Gender: Male, female, and transgender candidates are permitted to take PMS exams as an inclusive initiative towards having equal representation in the workforce.

Written Test: For eligibility to participate in the written examination, an individual has to score a minimum of 40% in each subject and an overall 50%. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer under MCQs.
