Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Software Export Board Jobs 2025:

Director Marketing and Branding:

The marketing and branding director position is under the chief marketing officer and based in the Islamabad office, with domestic and international travel. Prospective candidates must have an age requirement of not more than 50 years.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: The candidates should hold a master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university and have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management. Preference would be given to IT or Tech experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and marketing tool abilities, along with public relations talent, will be important.

Manager Strategy and Partnerships:

Manager Strategy and Partnerships works directly under the Managing Director of Business Development and Partnerships. The incumbent would be based at Islamabad only with limited travel. The position is open for candidates aged under 45 years.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidates must have at least 16 years of schooling in Business, Marketing, or International Relations from an HEC-recognized university and should possess 8 years’ worth of experience in the fields of strategy, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the IT sector. Critical requirements are experience in Government-to-Government collaboration and a strong partnership business development and growth target record.

Manager Projects:

The Manager Projects shall report to the Director of Projects and will be stationed in Islamabad. If the individual has competence in project management with a strong passion for impacts, such are the qualities required for the role; the age limit for any applicant is 45 years.

Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must possess at least 16 years of education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant degree from an HEC-accredited UK university. Certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable. The candidate should have experience of at least 8 years with a focus on managing and monitoring projects but with special emphasis on PSDP Projects. Knowledge about, but not limited to, the Procurement and PPRA rules that govern this position is a prerequisite.
