Eligibility Criteria for WAPDA Jobs 2025:
The Advisor Hydropower Project (Dasu): Avail yourself of an opportunity by having a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc qualification in Water Resource or Hydropower Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Experience must include a minimum of 30 years in water resource and hydropower projects, providing roles as Team Leader or Manager in Mega Hydropower Projects and at least one World Bank-funded project.
Advisor (Projects) Northern Areas: They must have a Master’s in Civil Engineering from an HEC-approved university. They should have a minimum of 20 years of experience working in Mega Hydropower or Infrastructure Projects, particularly those funded by international donors.
Advisor HR & Logistics: An MBA (HR) or an MPA is designed by an HEC-recognized university. At least 5 years of experience managing HR affairs in BPS-20 or equivalent, with knowledge about logistics, especially Northern Areas, is mandatory.
Advisor/Consultant Geo-Tech Engineering (DBDP): The candidates must possess an MSc in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geo-Tech. Not less than 20 years of experience in Geo-Tech Engineering is required, along with preference to candidates having a PhD.
Consultant (Sports): A Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university is essential. Potentially, they should be experienced and achieve a minimum of 15 years regarding the management of teams or organizing events in sports; 5 of these years should involve a leadership/advisory role.
Consultant (Dam Monitoring & Inspection): They would be holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. At least 20 years of being involved in dam monitoring or inspection, of which 5 should also have gone into the operation and maintenance of mega dams.
Consultant (Environment) for DBDP Dasu HPP and Mohmand Dam Project: Candidates must have either a Master’s or BS (Hons.) degree in Environmental Science from HEC recognized university.
Experts (Safe City Projects): A Master’s degree or a minimum of 16 years of education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science is required. The candidates should have at least ten years of supervisory experience as a Senior officer in Police Services, Armed Forces, or Security Agencies.
Consultant (Aviation): Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC -recognized university. He should have logged more than 2000 hours of safe helicopter flying and possess expertise in Flight Operations Management and Safety Management Systems.
